Warranty Coverage

NuLook Coatings provides professional concrete floor coating installations using manufacturer-approved polyaspartic and epoxy coating systems. When installed properly, these coatings are designed for long-term performance and durability.

Our coating systems are backed by a lifetime material warranty for the original purchaser, covering the service life of the floor. This warranty applies to coating failures such as flaking, chipping, separating, or delamination that occur as a direct result of product failure—provided the coating has been installed correctly and paid for in full.

All coatings must be installed by trained professionals on properly prepared interior, exterior, or horizontal concrete surfaces intended for coating use.

What the Warranty Covers (and Requirements)

Under the terms of the warranty, qualifying failures are limited to material defects and performance issues directly related to the coating system itself.

To qualify for warranty coverage:

• The concrete surface must be properly prepared using approved grinding methods

• The surface must be free of oils, salts, sealers, paints, curing compounds, waxes, grease, or contaminants

• Moisture testing must be performed prior to installation

• The concrete must meet the required surface profile standards

• The coating must be mixed and applied according to manufacturer specifications

If a covered failure occurs, replacement is limited to the cost of materials required to repair the affected area. Labor for repair is handled by the installer and coordinated with the manufacturer as required.
